Joe will start the discussion by reviewing the key issues for CEOs to consider BEFORE undertaking any major system change (especially a new ERP system). Then Joe will participate in the roundtable as a fellow business owner and will be available to answer questions.

Who can attend? The roundtable is for CEOs, Presidents, and Business Owners of small and mid-sized businesses. We are focusing the program on businesses with between $1m and $50m in revenue and 10 to 200 employees.
